Nebojša’s internationally recognised work spans from Belgrade to Cape Town. Today, beside running a successful studio he is often present in demanding engagements within the fashion industry – from events like Fashion Week, to magazine editorials and contests.
Equally, as one of the founders of of “Redken academy” in Belgrade (later ID Academy), Bjelica has filled roles of an instructor and mentor, technical director and a creative leader. These three trajectories – creative director, business consultant and educator – converge in his work philosophy.

Bjelica’s practice revolves around his customers – their requirements, needs and attributes. His approach consists of three phases – learning, complementing and supplementing. Then, through professional cutting, colouring and styling techniques he amplifies individuality into a personal style.
Finally, by accenting hair’s inherent features, Nebojsa emphasises its natural shine and vitality. As a result, his client’s hair retains it’s form and allows easy and continuous care despite the passage of time.

Bjelica Hair, Nebojša’s new project, supported by Previa, is an effort to share these ideas and values by offering succinct strategies covering every aspect of hair care business. The program encompasses hair care, education, product distribution, and consulting.
Consulting Centre
provides business consulting and support in business administration to salon professionals and management.
The centre offers and trains in use of computer application created specifically for professionals in hair care industry.
In addition, consultations include leadership and business seminars.
Hair Care Centre
offers salon services including care, styling, as well as professional advice on hair maintenance and health.
The centre provides Previa hair products, available on site together with an expert opinion.
Educational Centre
addresses needs of hair professionals and colleagues wanting to develop further their skills and knowledge.
Program is modular, arranged around a systems of seminars tailored to suit individual salon needs, and includes
practical experience.
Seminars are short term and organised thematically with purpose to train and improve techniques; courses are longer term and include specialised modules (ie. receptionists, assistant stylist, assistant technician, stylist, technician, senior stylist and head technician).
Distribution centre
supplies Previa products and materials to salons, and includes all technical support.
